What we’re looking for: We’re seeking applications from individuals who are looking to start and develop a recruitment career within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry. Role Responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to: Development of a portfolio of new clients and candidates. Sales, business development, marketing and networking to attract business from client companies. Developing and maintaining a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment. Researching and identifying advertising opportunities for vacancies and services in relevant industry media. Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of vacancies. Working closely with job seekers to improve CV quality, as directed. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants. Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates. Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression. Working towards and exceeding targets set by the business and to drive the generation of revenue in a defined geographical area. Reviewing applicable recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes. Maintaining the acute accuracy of candidate records on an internal database to ensure all information is up to date. To provide regular updates to candidates regarding the status of on-going applications and vacancy status. To reject inappropriate candidates for vacancies, as directed. Prospecting new clients as directed. To aid in the generation of new candidates through the use of social media, electronic mailers, referrals and resurrections. Ensure new vacancies are added to internal CRM system within defined timescales, inclusive of job specifications and full details, as directed. Creating and advertising job vacancies on various online job sites, as directed. Ensure that all job adverts are renewed within a defined timescale on job sites. Preparation of recruitment mail-shots to specific audiences, to generate increased interest in specific vacancies. To learn and develop knowledge and expertise of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry and the NHS in relation to the role. To maintain strong business relationships with all external customers. To maintain exceptional levels of customer service at all times. Continuous self-improvement around CV structure and writing. Continuous self-improvement around industry knowledge.
