Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to work on behalf of Liverpool City Council. This role is working in the community hub, providing a range of support across a 24/7 service. The role is to assist in safe and timely discharged from hospital and preventing admission to hospital. This role is supporting the community hub manager with the service, ensuring outcomes are met and priorities are achieved by overseeing the implementation of care plans and discharge planning. This role is initially on a 3 month contract to be reviewed for extension following this time. Essential criteria – * Full enhanced DBS. * NVQ Level 3. * Flexibility to work on a rota basis. * Experience in supervising/managing a team effectively. * 1+ years’ experience in a similar position. * Administration of medication training is essential. * Drivers License and access to own vehicle is desirable.
