We acknowledge the fact that, healthcare settings need both clinical and non-clinical employees in order to provide holistic, excellent care to their clients. Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. Those works are protected copyright laws and treaties around the world. All rights are reserved. Use of this site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials, Medical Employment Solutions reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you may be in breach of this contract or law, or are misusing the services.
Employers/ Recruiters
Any personal details which you provide to us and which we can identify you with are held in accordance with our Data Protection Registration. We may request that you provide us with certain personal data in order to verify your account. This may include, but not limited to business registration information, the name and email address of an Employer representative. This information will be used for internal purposes only, subject to any request by law enforcement or a court order. We will cooperate with enforcement or a court order. We will also collect payment information on our site when you place an advert.
You need to follow these steps when placing an advert.
(1) Enter your company details
(2) Choose the number of jobs you want to advertise
(3) Review your details
(4) Proceed to the billing terminal to complete card transaction or payment
(5) Return to our site and place your advert
(6) You have an option to add your company profile on our site for free
On receipt by us, the online registration form that you completed, you will be deemed to have accepted all our terms and conditions, you will be granted access to our database, subject to us receiving payment. You also agree that all data you provided to us, is accurate, complete and truthful. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if any information supplied is no longer current or accurate, or if you breach any of these terms and conditions.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any CV stored in our database. You acknowledge and accept that this is beyond our control and refunds cannot be given in the event of untruthful information by jobseeker to any third parties or those not directly related to the recruitment process of the candidate/jobseeker in question.
You agree that you are acting as a data controller for the purpose of current data protection legislation in connection with any personal data obtained in the provision of the services by Medical Employment Solutions. It is your responsibility to comply with your obligations as a data controller and to satisfy yourself of the legal grounds for processing personal data. In respect of any personal data accessed or processed by a customer as a result of access to this site or the services, the customer “you” agree that it shall be the sole data controller of such personal data for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 as such, shall be solely responsible for its processing.
Contacting candidates via email or other means for any reason other than recruitment is strictly forbidden. Downloading, medical-esolutions.co.uk database wholly or in-part for any reason other than recruiting for a current vacancy is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate cancellation of
your account without refund. Downloading using any software other than a browser is also strictly forbidden and will result in immediate cancellation of your account without refund. Legal action will be taken against you. Bulk downloading of CV’s is not permitted.
Employer account holders agree to comply with all their responsibilities under applicable Data Protection rules with respect to the collection, processing and storage of personal data, as well as providing adequate protection of all data subject rights provided for, under all applicable data protection rules.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
If you choose or we provide you with a username and password or any piece of information which is part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. The username and password access your account on site. It also contains your personal data, so it is important that you do not disclose it to any third party or anyone else. We cannot accept any liability if you choose to share this confidential information with anyone else.
We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password whether chosen by you or allocated to you by Medical Employment Solutions, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. Please notify us, as soon as you suspect that anyone other than you, knows your user identification code or password.

EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES AND EMPLOYMENT BUSINESS REGULATIONS 2003
Jobseekers and recruiters must be aware that this is a Job Board:- https://medical-esolutions.co.uk operates as a venue only and does not introduce or supply jobseekers to recruiters or vice-versa.
This means that we do not:
– Give any indication to recruiters whether jobseekers are suitable or unsuitable for any position to be filled in any circumstances
– Propose jobseekers to recruiters or provide information about them
-Take up any references in relation to a jobseeker or make any arrangement for accommodation of jobseekers
– Obtain information of the identity of a jobseeker or that they have the experience, training, qualifications or authorization to work in the position to be filled or that they wish to undertake. It is entirely up to the recruiter to check and verify information submitted by the jobseeker and not us.
– Obtain enough information for potential recruiters to select suitable jobseeker for the vacancy advertised by the employer.
– Take any steps to ensure the jobseeker and the recruiter are each aware of any requirement imposed by law or otherwise, which must be satisfied by either of them to permit the jobseeker to fulfil the advertised vacancy.
– Take any steps to ensure that it would not be detrimental to the interests of the jobseeker or the
recruiter for the jobseeker to fulfil the role advertised.
The conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (the regulations) seek to ensure that jobseekers are only proposed by employment agencies for roles, for which they are properly qualified and that the recruiters are only offered jobseekers who have the appropriate levels of experience, training, qualifications and authorization for the position to be filled. Since we are only a venue and do not propose or introduce jobseekers to recruiters or vice-versa, it is recommended that if you are a jobseeker, you undertake the steps to set out in the Regulations to ensure your suitability for the role advertised on our site or if you are recruiter, to ensure a jobseeker’s suitability for the role.

Checking the identity of the recruiter and nature of their business, the position to be filled, including type of work, commencement date, duration, salary, location, hours of work, health and safety risks, training and experience required, qualifications and authorisation which the recruiter considers necessary or are required by law or otherwise to undertake the position, whether there are any expenses involved or any other requirement imposed by law or otherwise for you to satisfy before taking up a position.

REGISTRATION
Where you are asked to complete an online registration form, the information that you provide must be true, accurate and complete. You agree to notify us of any changes or modify this information by logging into your account. Your personal data will be collected and processed by Medical Employment Solutions in accordance with its privacy policy. You hereby agree to the terms and conditions in our privacy policy by agreement to the terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement is personal to you and you may not assign, transfer, sublet, lease or delegate all or any of your rights, obligations without our written consent.
-You may use some services on our site without registration or setting up an account for example if you just want to browse through our job listings.
Certain services will only be available as part of an account you have on our site if you enter into an agreement for an account, you can use additional services such as career advice, tips about interviews and CV’s. You can also browse through job listings, save jobs, sign up for job alerts and recommendations or updates.
CV Profile creation is optional, but it helps you to get noticed by recruiters searching for candidates on our site. If you choose to upload your CV: – there are 3 settings when your register. You may change these settings at any time. We honour the choices you make.
1. Allow hiring organisations that use our site to contact you about other suitable jobs and
allow them to use automated profiling to help them match you to their roles. You can
change this setting and hide your details from employers at any time. Refer to our privacy
policy
2. Choose not to be contacted about jobs by employers advertising on our site.
3. Allow us to store your details enabling you to get free access to content developed for
members, such as career information, emails about job opportunities, blog, interview tips
and others.
Information that you have provided on our site will be visible to Medical Employment Solutions staff.
We will keep your CV on file until you ask us to delete it.
Where deletion request relates to personal data that you have previously requested to be made available to all recruiters, we will make reasonable efforts to inform any other data controllers of this request. If you have interacted with Medical Employment Solutions, using more than one email address, please sent subsequent email address so that we can delete this personal data as well.
Please be aware that we may use third party cloud service providers that provide hosting data storage and other services pursuant to standard terms and conditions that may be non-negotiable.
These service providers have informed us that they apply security measures they consider adequate for protection of information within their system or they have a general reputation for applying such measures. However, we will not be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any damages that may result from the misuse of any information, including personal data by these companies.
When you make use of any feature that permits you to upload content to our website or make contact with other users on our site, you must comply with these terms. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with these terms and you will be liable to us and indemnify us on any breach of that warranty. If you are a consumer user, this means that you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty. DECEASED USER
In the unfortunate event of the death of a user of our website, a person authorised to act on behalf of the estate, or a verified immediate family member of the deceased can request to have the deceased user’s account removed or erased. We will request additional information/documentation for this, in order to prevent unauthorized and false reports. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE INFORMATION COMMISIONER
If you are not happy with any aspect of our processing of personal data or believe that we are not meeting our responsibilities under Data Protection Laws, you can write to us and we will do our best you resolve the issue.
